Job Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead R&D initiatives for new products including design, prototyping, and submission of technical drawings/specifications to production departments
  2. Drive continuous improvement and upgrades for existing product lines
  3. Conduct technical feasibility analysis and performance evaluations; establish product technical standards and quality specifications
  4. Participate in corporate R&D project management
  5. Oversee production quality control through regular inspections and evaluations

Qualifications:

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Perform precise material processing including cutting, drilling, grinding and cleaning of generator housings according to engineering drawings and specifications
  2. Accurately assemble and weld components (electrode plates, housing units, sealing rings, insulation sleeves) ensuring compliance with technical standards for reliability and safety
  3. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions during system commissioning, promptly identify generator-related issues, and perform repairs while escalating complex problems to supervisors
  4. Support cross-functional teams in equipment installation, disassembly, and failure analysis to maintain operational continuity

 

Qualifications:

  1. Around 30 years old with proven experience in manufacturing/production roles and strong hands-on technical skills
