Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain overseas markets by independently acquiring new clients and establishing long-term partnerships
  2. Manage existing client relationships while expanding cooperation scope and depth with current partners
  3. Oversee end-to-end international trade operations including client negotiations, contract execution, order management, logistics coordination, and after-sales service; establish standardized business procedures
  4. Analyze global market trends and industry developments to formulate sales strategies and achieve company performance targets
  5. Lead and mentor junior sales team members to enhance overall team capabilities
  6. Utilize B2B platforms (including but not limited to Alibaba, Global Sources, Made-in-China) and social media for client acquisition

  8. Provide regular sales reports and customer feedback to optimize processes and implement improvements
  9. Collaborate closely with marketing team to offer business-oriented insights for platform optimization, independent website, and social media operations

 

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Business English or related field
  2. Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken) for professional communication; additional language skills preferred
  3. Comprehensive knowledge of international trade procedures, regulations, and payment methods (L/C, TT, etc.)
  4. Strong negotiation skills, market acumen, and ability to work under pressure
  5. Experience with B2B platforms, independent websites, and social media operations is advantageous
  6. Proficiency in Office suite and CRM systems.

Junior International Commercial Specialist  2

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist senior sales representatives in developing overseas clients through email, phone calls, and trade shows
  2. Follow up on customer inquiries and promptly handle order-related requests
  3. Manage order execution including PI preparation, sample shipment coordination, production tracking, and logistics arrangement
  4. Maintain customer databases and regularly update sales reports
  5. Acquire comprehensive product knowledge and assist in preparing exhibition materials and marketing collateral

Requirements:

B2B E-commerce Operations Specialist  1

Job Responsibilities:

I. Platform Operations & Management

  • Oversee full-cycle operations of Alibaba International, corporate website, and global social media channels (LinkedIn/YouTube/TikTok/Facebook/Instagram)
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance store traffic, conversion rates, and brand visibility
  • Optimize product listings (titles, keywords, product pages, videos, featured images) to improve search rankings and CTR
  • Plan and execute platform promotions (P4P, Top Ranking Display, affiliate marketing) to boost order conversion

 

II. Data Analysis & Optimization

  • Conduct regular platform analytics (traffic, CVR, ROI) to refine operational strategies
  • Monitor competitor activities and optimize pricing models, promotional tactics, and ad strategies

 

III. Digital Advertising & SEO

  • Manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) with continuous ROI optimization
  • Implement comprehensive SEO strategies (keyword mapping, backlink development, content marketing) for organic search growth

 

IV. Social Media Marketing & Engagement

  • Manage corporate social media accounts with content strategies to increase followers and engagement rates
  • Generate qualified leads through social channels and integrated email marketing (EDM) campaigns

 

V. Cross-department Collaboration

  • Partner with sales teams to provide operational support (customer needs analysis, market trend reporting)
  • Coordinate with creative teams to enhance marketing assets (banners, videos, product descriptions)

 

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree or higher in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, International Business or related field preferred

 

Experience:

  • 2+ years hands-on experience operating Alibaba International (P4P, RFQ, Trade Assurance orders)
  • Proven track record in independent website operations and Google Analytics
  • Preferred candidates: Facebook/LinkedIn ad management or SEO optimization experience

 

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
  • Strong data analytics capability for strategy optimization
  • Business-level English proficiency (TEM-8 or IELTS 7.0 equivalent) for marketing copywriting and industry report analysis
