What is the sealing form of the ampoule drawing and filling machine?

The sealing forms of ampoules include melting sealing and wire drawing sealing. The drawing sealing method of ampoule bottle drawing and filling sealing machine is currently widely used for ampoule sealing. Its principle is to heat the bottleneck with flame to melt it, and then seal it by drawing, breaking and closing it mechanically. There are two types of wire drawing sealing mechanism: pneumatic and mechanical.

After the ampoule filled with liquid medicine and inflated is moved to the sealing station of the ampoule bottle wire drawing and filling machine, the bottle neck glass is in a molten state after being preheated and then heated by the flame, and the bottle roller drives the ampoule to rotate around its axis. At this time, the wire drawing pliers, driven by the shift fork, go down along the clamp seat shaft and open the clamp under the cam drive. At the ampoule mouth in the melting state, the clamp clamps the ampoule, and then retracts upward to draw the melted glass into wire and break it as it continues to retract. When the wire drawing pliers retract to the end, the clamps open and close again under the cam drive to lose the broken thread head. Since the ampoule wire is in a molten state at the position where it is clamped and pulled off, and it rotates constantly, the glass wires are fused and sealed together to complete the sealing work.

The bottle roller rotates the ampoule to ensure uniform heating and sealing quality. The bottle roller is driven by the gear on the main shaft through the worm gear box. In order to prevent the ampoule from drifting when drawing and sealing, the bottle pressing roller is designed in the mechanism, which is driven by the cam on the worm gear shaft in the transmission system.
