What are the common failure problems of HHO generators? What are the solutions?
1. The generator is leaking
The pressure gauge value is less than the set value (the set value is generally 0.3MPa) or zero and the output flow value is greater than the actual gas flow value.
Solution:
Use soapy water to test whether there are air bubbles at the two ends of the drying tube. If there is a steam drum, it means that the drying tube is leaking. At this time, unscrew the drying tube to reassemble or replace the sealing ring or replace the drying tube. If the drying tube does not leak, plug the hydrogen output port with a plug to allow the instrument to self-check. If the self-check results in the instrument leaking, open the case to check whether there are air leaks at each interface of the gas path inside the instrument. If it cannot be checked, it is recommended to contact the supplier. 2. Overvoltage of HHO generator
When the pressure of the generator exceeds the set value and the number of the digital display meter keeps changing and flashing.
Solution
The pressure control set position is moved or damaged, readjust the pressure control device or replace the pressure control device. If the internal pressure of the gas-water separator is too large, turn the cover of the gas-water separator to reduce the internal pressure or replace the gas-water separator.
3. Insufficient gas volume of generator
Reason: The instrument leaks and the electrolyte concentration is low.
