How to install the ultrasonic cleaning machine correctly?
1. Preparation
Prepare the ultrasonic transducer (equipped correctly), cylinder block, mesh pad, glue, etc. required for bonding.
2. Sandblasting
The ultrasonic transducer and cylinder body that need to be bonded shall be continuously sandblasted. The sandblasted bonding surface shall be as rough as possible. 30 mesh diamond sand shall be used for sandblasting. The sand must be monotonous and frequently selected (each time it is placed in the sandbox). The pressure of compressed air during sandblasting shall be ≥ 6KG, and the high-pressure air after dehumidification by the air source processor shall be used.
3. Cleaning
Clean the sandblasted cylinder block and the ultrasonic transducer continuously. The transducer is first continuously cleaned with methanol to remove dust such as sand from the surface, and then continuously rinsed with acetone; The cylinder block shall be washed with water first, followed by acid pickling, and then washed clean. After being cooled to dryness, methanol and acetone shall be used for successive rinsing. The mesh pad shall be abnormally cleaned with stainless steel mesh with a thickness of ≤ 30 mesh and ≤ 0.15 (electrolytic treatment if possible) for standby.
4. Drying and preheating
Place the cleaned ultrasonic transducer, cylinder block, and mesh pad into an oven for continuous drying. Dry at 60 ℃ - 80 ℃ for 2 hours, and then cool to about 40 ℃ for continuous bonding. After the adhesive preparation task is completed, prepare the glue (at room temperature) and fully mix it before rapid and continuous adhesive bonding.
5. Adhesive bonding
Place the disposed cylinder block on the adhesive plate and wipe it again with acetone and cotton cloth at the adhesive joint.
Rub the adhesive surface of the disposed ultrasonic transducer again with acetone and cotton cloth.
Mix the glue thoroughly and preheat for 1-2 minutes. (The amount of glue configured each time should not be too much, subject to a one-time bonding of 20-30 heads.) The glue configuration should be 5G/head, with a ratio of 1:0.4 (the adhesive should be as accurate as possible compared to the curing agent).
When the cylinder block and the ultrasonic transducer are cooled to about 40 ℃, they are continuously bonded. During the bonding process, evenly apply glue to the cylinder block and the ultrasonic transducer, place a net cloth on both ends, and then press firmly. The bonding speed should be fast. The bonding time should not exceed 10 minutes after each configuration of glue (please fully prepare the task).
After gluing, continuously pressurize for disposal (tooling and soft pressing with springs are required).
6. Curing
Place the glued cylinder block into a dust-free oven for continuous curing. The curing temperature is 40-50 ℃ for 30 minutes at a time, and then it is heated to 60-70 ℃ for 30 minutes at a time. After that, it is heated again to 80 ℃ for 2 hours at a time, and then it is naturally cured for 24 hours. Then, test the connection. Curing heating is controlled by a programmable intelligent temperature controller.
